I want to
thank you for putting together such a great collection of recipes
in the Gluten & Casein Free for Kids cookbook. I tried the chicken
stew with dumplings out on the family tonight - and got rave reviews.
I tend to cook more strictly out of the box or just grill things,
because some of my other GFCFSF concoctions from the past have been
labeled as "science experiments", so tonight was a wonderful
feel good moment for me. Thanks again!

Well, I
have to tell you that I made your Puddin' Good Chocolate Chip Cookies
for Super Bowl Sunday. My sister (the celiac) was watching me, and
she said "I bet they aren't as good as the real thing."
Well, I made her eat some of the dough like she used to do when
we were kids, and her eyes just about popped out of her head! She
said "Wow! That's really good!" After that, as soon as
I was getting them off the cookie sheets and on to the cooling racks,
the ENTIRE family wouldn't stop eating them. I think I only have
1 dozen left now....lol! Just wanted to let you know what a HUGE
hit they were. Way to go...again!!! In just the 3 recipes that I
have had the time to make, you have effectively changed the opinions
of my entire family on how gluten free food looks and tastes.
Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for giving me back
food that really tastes good!
