It saddens me to announce that the Lori Bakes Gluten Free product line is no longer being produced or available. My health became jeopardized with the increased volume of baking I was physically doing. I was unable to endure the strenuous work load which was involved. The recommendation by my medical doctor was to leave the baking profession preventing any further long term damage or permanent disability.Therefore, I am no longer baking and I am in the process of returning to good health.
I am not represented by nor do I have an affiliation with any gluten free bakery or company.
Over the last 10 years I was proud to have built a good reputation and maintain trust in the quality of my products and the clean, certified standards I kept while baking. This is supported by my years of experience, knowledge, lifestyle and commitment to the customer.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your years of support and I hope to be able to service the gluten free community in some capacity again in the future.
